Description 

This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for U.S. and World oil and gas well data, database access, applications and software in accordance with the FedConnect posted Solicitation 140G0220R0010, being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The policies contained in FAR Part 12, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award prescribed in Part 15, as appropriate, shall be used for this acquisition. This is not a Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 519190 with a small business size standard of $30M.
