Amendment 0003 adds Attachment 5 with Answers to Questions 14 through 16. This Solicitation Notice is to announce the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Advanced National Seismic System (ANSS) National Operations Center (NOC) in Golden, CO has a requirement for the Outside of Hours (OOH) support on the full range of computers, networking equipment and applications in accordance with the attached Work Statement. The solicitation number is 140G0219R0042 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The policies contained in FAR Part 13, including Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, shall be used for this acquisition. This is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services-Information Technology Value Added Resellers with a small business size standard of $150M.
