Opportunity: BPA SYNTHESIZED SPECIFIC COMPOUNDS

Description 

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) will enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for custom synthesis of various organic compounds for the USGS-National Water Quality Laboratory (NWQL). These compounds may be degradates of common pesticides, herbicides, pharmaceuticals or other industrial compounds. A current list of possible compounds is attached hereto. However, this list is subject to change over time. This BPA will have a period of performance from 09/01/2018 through 08/31/2023. This acquisition is for total small business set-aside competition. A firm is considered small under NAICS code 541380 if their AVERAGE annual receipts for the preceding three (3) years were less than or equal to $15 million. All interested contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https:www.sam.gov as an eligibility requirement. Quote responses shall be submitted via email to jharris@usgs.gov. RESPONSES SUBMITTED VIA FEDCONNECT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
