Description 

The U.S. Geological Survey, Energy Resources Program Office, based in Reston, Virginia, intends to procure a Discrete Analyzer System for environmental testing. Quotes shall provide pricing and detailed component descriptions that meet or exceed the Specifications in Section B.2. The requested delivery date is within 30 days from the date the contractor receives the purchase order. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. The best value determination will be made considering product specifications equal to price. Refer to Section B.3. for Instructions and E.4. for Evaluation. Quote submissions are due on or before 10/09/2019. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334516 and size standard is 1,000 employees. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the government.
