Opportunity: Replace Cooling System

The U. S. Geological Survey Wetland and Aquatic Research Center (WARC) has a requirement to deliver and install a 20-ton Computer Room Air-Conditioner, Chilled Water system with a backup exterior air-cooled unit. The system shall meet current industry standards in efficiency and energy consumption and provide system operation control panel with temperature monitoring data installed outside of the unit and integrated into the current Building Management System (BMS). Project is located in Lafayette, LA 70506. The project shall be completed within 30 days after notice to proceed is issued. There are no option periods. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 - $150,000 Request for Quote (RFQ) 140G0119Q0009 will be issued on or about 10/23/2018 with written quotes due on or about 11/07/2018. This acquisition is total small business set-a-side. The NAICS code is 228220. The size standard is $15.0 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 11/27/2018.
