Opportunity: CARBON FILTER TANK REPLACEMENT

Description 

The U.S. Geological Survey, SO Conte Research Center, located in Turners Falls, MA, 01376-0796, has a need to replace a carbon filter tank system located in the wet lab. Requirements are specified in the Statement of Work Section B.2. Attachment 1 contains site photos for reference. This is a fixed price contract. Work is to be completed within a sixty (60) day performance period. A site visit is strongly encouraged as described in Section E.4. Quote submissions are due on or before 08/09/2018. The award will be made to the offer that provides the lowest price technically acceptable. Refer to Sections E.3. and E.6, for Instructions and Evaluation Factors. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220, and size standard $15 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is by 8/16/2018. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a bid or quotation which shall be considered by the government.
