This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. This is a Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) This is a Total Small Business Set-a-Side. Discounted Open Market Firm-Fixed Price quotation packages are being requested for International Vehicle and Vessel Insurance Policies. The posted RFQ contains a description of the Statement of Work, Instructions to Vendors, Applicable clauses, and Pricing Spreadsheet. All vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS) and are registered in SAM are invited to submit electronic quotes for this posted RFQ. All questions shall be submitted via email to ndemby@usgs.gov no later than 12:00PM EST, Monday, July 9, 2018. Quotation Packages are due via email to ndemby@usgs.gov no later than 2:00PM EST, Monday, July 23, 2018.
