Compound Specific Isotope Analysis (CSIA) of carbon (13C/12C) and chlorine (37Cl/35Cl) from PCE and TCE in water samples in accordance with the performance work statement. The Lower Mississippi-Gulf Water Science Center (LMGWSC) requires Compound Specific Isotope Analysis (CSIA) of carbon (13C/12C) and chlorine (37Cl/35Cl) from PCE and TCE in water samples in accordance with the performance work statement. The BASE period of performance will be 04/23/2018 thru 09/15/2018. There is one option period: 09/16/2018 thru 01/31/2019. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this Request for Quotes. Amendment 1 extends the quote due date to APRIL 6, 2018 at 8:00Am ES. The services for this requirement are under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541380; Size Standard: $15,000,000.00. This is a total small business set aside. This notice, the RFQ and any other information related to this procurement will be posted on, or about March 27, 2018. Amendment 0001 was posted on April 3, 2018. All quotes must be submitted via email to jwalsh@usgs.gov. Quotes submitted through FEDConnect will not be accepted. The anticipated date of award is April 6, 2018.
