Preventive Maintenance for the Water Treatment of the HVAC SYSTEM in accordance with Performance Work Statement The USGS, Leetown Science Center Laboratory in Kearneysville, WV has a requirement for the performance of preventative maintenance for the Water Treatment of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. The BASE period of performance will be 05/01/2018 thru 04/30/2019. There will be four (4) option periods: OPTION PERIOD ONE: 05/01/2019 thru 04/30/2020 OPTION PERIOD TWO: 05/01/2020 thru 04/30/2021 OPTION PERIOD THREE: 05/01/2021 thru 04/30/2022 OPTION PERIOD FOUR: 05/01/2022 thru 04/30/2023 The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this Request for Quotes. Amendment 0001 extended the due date for quotes. Quotes are due on APRIL 6, 2018 at 1:00pm ES. Amendment 0001 answers questions and adds a site visit and provisions. Amendment 0002 extended the due date for quotes. Quotes are due on APRIL 12, 2018 at 1:00pm ES. Amendment 0003 selects clause 52.219-6, Total small business set-aside in FAR 52.212-4 and extends due date to 04/17/2018 at 1700. The services for this requirement are under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 221310; Size Standard: $27,500,000.00. This is a total small business set aside. This notice, the RFQ and any other information related to this procurement will be posted on, or about March 26, 2018. Amendment 0001 will be posted on, or about, March 30, 2018. Amendment 0002 will be posted on or about April 10, 2018. Amendment 0003 will be posted on or about April 16, 2018. All quotes must be submitted via email to jwalsh@usgs.gov. Quotes submitted through FEDConnect will not be accepted. The anticipated date of award is April 18, 2018. A vendor must be registered at http://www.sam.gov to be awarded the contract.
