Opportunity: LABORATORY INSTRUMENTATION MAINT. & REPAIR

The purpose of this amendment is to remove the requirement to exercise annual option periods. The full contract period of performance remains 06/04/2018 to 06/03/2023 and other terms and conditions remain the same. Contractors wishing to be considered must sign and acknowledge this amendment. New quotes in response to this amendment shall provide pricing in Section B.2., and information requested in Section E.9. RESTATEMENT OF THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION WITH DATE CHANGES: The U.S. Geological Survey, Reston Stable Isotope Laboratory, based in Reston VA, has a requirement for analytical instrumentation maintenance and repair services. The majority of work is on older mass spectrometers and related instrumentation, circuitry and software that is no longer under warranty and have been modified for specialized uses. Quotes shall provide pricing and specifications that conform to the characteristics described in Section B.2., Performance Work Statement. This is an indefinite delivery contract with time and materials orders. The contract start date is 06/04/2018 and extends to 06/03/2023. The award will be made to the offer that is most advantageous to the Government. Refer to Section E.9, for the Evaluation Factors and Scenario for pricing. Quote submissions are due on or before 03/15/2018. The acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 811219, and size standard $20.5 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is by 04/04/2018. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract.
