NORTEK AQUADOPP HORIZONTAL PROFILER EQUIPMENT OR EQUAL IAW SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS The U.S. Geological Survey, Utah Water Science Center, has a requirement to purchase two horizontal profilers, one 1MHz and one 2MHz, to make in-situ high-resolution measurements of water velocity, suspended sediment concentration, and suspended-sediment grain-size distribution in the San Juan River of southeastern Utah. The delivery date for the profilers is 30 days after receipt of award. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this Request for Quotes. Amendment 0001 extended the quote due date. Quotes are due on February 15, 2018 at 08:00am ES. This requirement is under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 334513; Size Standard: 750 employees. This is a total small business set aside. This notice, the RFQ and any other information related to this procurement will be posted on, or about February 5, 2018. Amendment 0001 was posted on or about February 9, 2018. All quotes must be submitted via email to jwalsh@usgs.gov. Quotes submitted through FEDConnect will not be accepted. The anticipated date of award is February 13, 2018.
