AMENDMENT ----POST SOLICITATION Q&A's. _________________________________________________________________________________________ The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 5 has a requirement to design & build a replacement of the building envelope at the Allegheny National Fish Hatchery, Warren County, Warren PA. Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary to perform the work IAW specifications and drawings. This contract opportunity is a total set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code corresponding to this work is 236220, with a small business size standard of $36.5 million annually. Construction Wage Rate Requirements (Davis Bacon Act) prevailing wages will apply to this project. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete the online representations and certifications. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Solicitation number 140F0518R0006 will be posted and available through www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net on or about January 22, 2018. Specifications and drawings will be posted with the solicitation. No hard copies will be sent out by this office. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and relevant past performance considered.
