Extend the Period of Performance for the purpose of unforeseen need, contract administration and payment. Amendment 0002 - Extend the Respond by Date to February 27, 2018, 10:00 AM, PT, Due to this change, the period of performance may shift slightly if necessary. Offeror's alternative solutions/proposals will be evaluated. Amendment 0001 - Site Visit: 2/13/2018, 10:00 AM, PT. 1. This solicitation is issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon. FWS Pacific Entiate National Fish Hatchery, 6970 Fish Hatchery Road, Entiat, WA 98822 has an immediate requirement for Well Repair. Production Well #3 was test pumped to produce 450 gallons per minute at 33.8 feet of draw down. The well is currently producing less than sufficient draw down. The well is to be rehabilitated and repaired to acquire historic gallon per minutes back to the well for life sustaining fish production and health. The Period of Performance: Begin immediately upon award. Actual time for repair is anticipated to be 5 days. Approximately 3/1/2018 to 3/26/2018 or as agreed. 2. A firm fixed price contract is planned. Lump Sum Payment. 3. This action is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The NAICS Code associated with this requisition is Amended FROM 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems TO 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (Except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance.
