Opportunity: ECOSPHERE ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES

Description

Amendment Seven(07) done to Request for Proposal No. 140A0918R0012 as follows: 1. To include questioned asked and the governments responses: Questioned Asked: The amendment to 140A0918R0012 states that a producer would prepare an EA for a ground disturbing activity. Therefore, cultural resource field surveys would be conducted for that producer¿s EA rather than for this EA. There are no apparent ground disturbing activities proposed to evaluate under this EA. Is that correct? Governments Response: As stated before, the EA would be a reference document used for a federal decision in reviewing and issuing a grazing permit. The contractor is required to review all conditions in completing the EA for issuing grazing permit which includes identification of cultural resources, not just based on potential ground disturbing activity. 2. There will be no more questions asked. 3. The proposal due date is set for Monday, January 22, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. and will not be extended. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE TO REMAINS THE SAME IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT
