SPEECH-LANGUAGE THERAPY SERVICES - BECLABITO DAY SCHOOL The Bureau of Indian Affairs has a need for a Contractor to provide speech-language therapy services to the students at Beclabito Day School located in Beclabito, NM, in accordance with the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions of the solicitation. This Solicitation is being set aside as a Total Small Business set-aside. All contractors submitting proposals must be registered in SAM as a SB, in order to receive contract award. NAICS CODE: For informational purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 621340, Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists and Audiologists, with a size standard of $7.5mil. Due to issues with SAM, if you are not registered in SAM at the time of bid opening under this NAICS Code, your bid will not be considered.
