Opportunity: 2-Day Training Course on Southwest Power Pool (SPP

Description 

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a contractor to provide an instructor-led, 2-day training course that offers an overview of the Southwest Power Pool (SPP) Integrated Marketplace, including how bidding and settlements are performed, understanding congestion costs, and bidding strategies, in Loveland, Colorado. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this requirement. This solicitation (Request for Quotes) is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 611430; Size Standard is $11.0 Million. See attached RFQ Letter and other RFQ documents attached hereto and incorporated herein. Note- Important instructions/information is contained in Provision WES-L-2004 Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items.
