Description 

Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources to complete the construction of the Wanblee Substation, Stage 01, South Dakota. The principal components of the work include miscellaneous sitework, providing concrete foundations, furnishing and installing grounding, furnishing and installing buried conduit, and furnished and installing chain-link fence. The estimated construction magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and 1,000,000. All work is to be completed within 90 days of Notice to Proceed. This is a Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 237130 with a size standard of 36.5 Million. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency. This solicitation will be issued on or about June 6, 2017, and the projected bid opening date is July 11, 2017. The solicitation closes at 2:00 PM Central Time on July 11, 2017.
