The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete the following: Door Hardware Replacement (handle/lock hardware including but not limited to cores, cylinders and keys) at WAPA’s RMR Loveland, Colorado Facility. This is a brand name requirement (justification is attached). FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures are being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 561622; Size Standard is $20.5 Million. Reference RFQ Letter and other RFQ documents attached hereto and incorporated herein. ***There will be a site visit for this requirement.
