The Southwestern Power Administration, Department of Energy in Tulsa, Oklahoma is issuing this sources sought. The sources sought is being issued as a means of conducting market research to identify company’s capabilities that might exist in order to support an upcoming requirement for the purchase of Liquid Oxygen (LOX) for delivery to the Table Rock Dam Powerhouse, located at 760 Hatchery Road, Branson, Missouri. For additional information regarding the technical specifications, please refer to the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Based on the responses to this sources sought, this requirement may be set-aside for small business (in full or in part) procured through full and open competition (unrestricted), or procured on a sole source basis. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, the government will not be providing evaluations or comments to companies providing sources sought responses but the responses will be used to inform the government as to the best means of procuring this requirement. “THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The requirements description is set forth in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for the minimum requirements of the Government. It is the Government’s intent that a single primary contractor be awarded this contract and be responsible for providing all work detailed by this SOW specification. A site visit will be scheduled during the solicitation posting period. Eligibility: The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 325120 – Industrial Gas Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees. The product service code is 6830 – Gases: Compressed and Liquefied. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond. Submission Details: Interested parties are requested to submit interest/capabilities via email. The email subject line should be “Sources Sought Response Liquid Oxygen”. The response to the sources sought may be in either Microsoft Word, Portable Document Format (PDF), or in the body of the email and shall be addressed to Brooke Butcher at brooke.butcher@swpa.gov. ALL DATA RECEIVED IN RESPONSE TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT THAT IS MARKED OR DESIGNATED AS CORPORATE OR PROPRIETARY WILL BE FULLY PROTECTED FROM RELEASE OUTSIDE THE GOVERNMENT.
