Description 

Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region issues this Request for Quote (RFQ) for a contractor to furnish and install a steel utility body for a 2018 Ford F-550 crew cab, 4x4, truck chassis with dual rear wheels, and a cab to rear axle length of 60 inches. See attached specification document for details. This RFQ requires a brand name or equal to a Knapheide model number 6108D54LP Utility Box. All items quoted must meet or exceed the model number listed. In order to be considered for award specifications and drawings must be submitted with your quote. Utility Boxes must be factory new, never used or refurbished. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 336211, with a size standard of 1,000 employees or less. Include your DUNS Number directly on your quote along with country of manufacture of Utility Box.
