Opportunity: STATION SERVICE BATTERIES FOR HASSAYAMPA SWITCHING

Description 

The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest Region (DSW) has a requirement for Station Service Batteries for the Hassayampa Switching Station Stage 01 Project. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this requirement. This solicitation (Request for Quotes) is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 335911; Size Standard is 1,250 Employees. See RFQ documents attached hereto and incorporated herein. ***It is important to read the solicitation COMPLETELY as there are DATES that MUST be met.*** Note- Important instructions/information is contained in Provision WES-L-2004 Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items. Any questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer, Joy Trujillo (email: JTRUJILL@WAPA.GOV) referencing the solicitation number in the subject line. No phone calls will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the agency. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award.
