Description 

Intent to Sole Source notice for Sun-Net SMS Substation Check In/Out Authentication. The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis the addition of Sun-Net’s iTOA SMS Substation Check-in\out module along with our existing Sun-Net iTOA software suite. The Period of Performance (PoP) requested is May 7, 2026 – May 6, 2027. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with RFO FAR Part 12. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 5 calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
