Opportunity: Intent to Sole Source Notice-OSI

Description 

The Western Area Power Administration, Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis the purchase of the Open Systems International (OSI) monarch™ Supervisory and Control (SCADA) and Energy Management System (EMS) software license subscription. The Period of Performance (PoP) requested is September 26, 2025 – September 25, 2026. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 7 calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
