Opportunity: Gold Star Award Gift Card Program

Description 

Western Area Power Administration’s (WAPA’s) Power Marketing Association Human Resources Shared Service Center has an ongoing need to provide employees with on-the-spot awards. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement. WAPA’s intent is to make a multiple year award to the Gift Card provider that can meet all requirements in the Statement of Work. Anticipated award will be base year plus four (4) one-year option years. The Contractor shall provide electronic/virtual gift cards and allow the individual employee to select the gift card or cards of their choice from a wide variety of common retailer merchants within the amount awarded. WAPA is requiring a number of specifications to track, monitor and provide these awards through an online portal. These Specifications can be found in the attached Statement of Work. Evaluation will be based meeting the requirements in the Statement of Work and the Discount Amount applied towards the Gift Card Purchase. Please complete the Attachment 03 - Price List Spreadsheet with your quote and complete the sections in red and see the revised Attachment 01 - Statement of Work.
