Opportunity: Intent to Sole Source Notice-MCG

Description 

The Western Area Power Administration, Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Single Source basis the purchase of additional security protocols for MCG Energy Solutions, LLC (MCG) Integrated Asset Manager (IAM), Control Area Scheduling (CAS), Energy Accounting System (EAS), and Market Application Program Interface (API) software system. The Period of Performance (PoP) requested is January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by 1030 AM ES on 31 December 2024 and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
