Description 

The Department of Energy (DOE) Loan Program Office (LPO) has a requirement to hire a contractor to perform Project Finance Federal Loan Management services (PFFLMS). These services may be sought via a competitive single contract solution. LPO manages a number of loan programs that bridge a gap in financing innovative and large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. In managing these programs, LPO originates, guarantees, and monitors loans to support clean energy projects, working with private companies and lenders to mitigate the financing risks associated with innovative technology. Specifically, LPO’s Portfolio Management Division (PMD) has a requirement for a contractor to fulfill a number of roles in support of the loan guarantees issued by LPO, please see attachment for further details.
