Vendors will be required to Walk-through the site before the submission of quotes. Vendors interested in attending the Walk-through of the site are required to email Steven.Sylvester@hq.doe.gov no later than 5:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 22, 2018. The Walkthrough will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, May 24, 2018 at the DOE Germantown HQ Center. Only firms who email their confirmation will be permitted to attend. Attendance at the site-visit shall be limited to no more than two (2) attendees per firm. Only U.S. citizens with proper identification shall be permitted to attend the walk-through.
