Opportunity: Request for Quotation (RFQ): Elevator Maintenance

Description 

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is issuing the following Request for Quote (RFQ), as a small business set-aside, under Solicitation 89243318RFE000001 for Elevator Maintenance Services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible Small Business whose quote conforming to the solicitation is determined to be lowest price, technically acceptable. Technical acceptability will be based on a review of the following areas: (1) technical abilities and approach, and (2) experience. Interested Contractors must be capable of meeting the requirements for both the Morgantown, WV and Pittsburgh, PA NETL sites. NETL intends to make a single award from this RFQ. Selection will be based on the acceptability of the technical abilities and approach and experience of the lowest firm-fixed price.
