Searching an Award's Audits

You have the ability to view an audit list of every action taken in the FedConnect® product with regards to a particular award by your vendor's users, and to search through this list for specific actions.

To search an opportunity's audits:

  1. From the Message Center, click the Awards tab. The Awards page displays.
  2. Sort and/or search through the list of awards, if necessary, to find the award you want to view.
  3. Click Audit in the [Audit] column. The Award [Audit] page displays.
  4. On the Award [Audit] page:
  1. In the Description field, type a description of the audit information for which you want to search.
  2. In the User Name field, type the name of the user who performed the action for which you want to search.
  3. In the Page Name field, type the name of the FedConnect® product page on which the action you want to search for was performed.
  4. In the Audit date field, in the Start date and End date fields, type or select the earliest and latest dates, respectively, on which the action you want to search for was performed.
  5. Click Search. The search results display.
  1. In the search results section of the page:
  1. The Date column displays the date on which each action in the list occurred.
  2. The Audit Type column displays the type of action that occurred for each action in the list.
  1. The Description column displays a description each action in the list.
  2. The User Name column displays the name of the user who performed each action in the list.
  3. The Page Name column displays the page on which the action described in the Description column took place, for each action in the list.
