Changing Your Password

When you sign in to the FedConnect® product for the first time, you use a password that was provided to you by the FedConnect® product, but you can change that password to one of your own choosing on the User Info page.   

To change your password:

  1. From the Message Center, click My Profile on the toolbar. The User Info page displays.
  2. In the Password field, click Change Password.
  3. In the Old password field, type your current FedConnect® product password.
  4. In the New password field, type your desired new FedConnect® product password.
  5. In the Confirm new password field, retype your desired new FedConnect® product password.
  6. Click Save to save your changes and return to the User Info page.
  7. When you are done making changes, click Continue to save your changes and continue on to the Agencies page, or Return to Message Center to save your changes and return to the Message Center.
