Opportunity: Request for Information

Description

NETL is seeking partners to support a concept in response to the need for testing advanced controls relative to hybrid power systems. Specifically, NETL is seeking three or more partners to support the design and construction of a small hybrid system for controls development and testing that would be flexible enough to incorporate components developed by other participants in the program. The cyber-physical approach taken by NETL in the controls development for larger systems would be used in the ultimate demonstration of the smaller hybrid.
