Searching for Your Company's Audits
Vendor administrators have the ability to view an audit list of every action taken in the FedConnect® product by their vendor's users, and to search through this list for specific actions.
To search for your company's audits:
- From the Message Center, click Company Profile on the toolbar. The Company Info page displays.
- Click the Company Audits tab. The Company Audits page displays.
- On the Company Audits page:
- In the Description field, type a description of the audit information for which you want to search.
- In the User Name field, type the name of the user who performed the action for which you want to search.
- In the Page Name field, type the name of the FedConnect® product page on which the action you want to search for was performed.
- In the Audit date field, in the Start date and End date fields, type or select the earliest and latest dates, respectively, on which the action you want to search for was performed.
- In the Audit type field, select the audit type for which you want to search.
- Select Account Request to limit your search results to actions taken on opportunities and awards.
- Select Audit Log Access to limit your search results to actions taken in the company audits.
- Select Data Changes to limit your search results to changes made to data fields. For example, any time a user changes a field's contents, the change displays on the Data Changes audit log.
- Select Email Actions to limit your search results to system emails sent to your company's FedConnect® product users.
- Select Login Failure to limit your search results to unsuccessful sign-in attempts to the FedConnect® product by your company's users.
- Select Login Success to limit your search results to successful sign-in attempts to the FedConnect® product by your company's users.
- Select Other System Actions to limit your search results to other system actions that are not covered by the other choices in the Audit type field.
- Select Page Visit to limit your search results to page visits by your company's users.
- Select User Actions to limit your search results to actions taken by your company's users.
- Select WebService Request to limit your search results to WebService requests.
- Select All to not limit your search results to any one of the search criteria in the Audit type field.
- Click Search. The search results display.
