Resetting Your Contact Information

When you sign in to the FedConnect® product the first time, your contact information—including your office phone number, extension, and cell phone number—is already set up in your user profile. However, if you would like to change your contact information in the FedConnect® product, you can do so on the User Info page.  

To reset your contact information:

  1. From the Message Center, click My Profile on the toolbar. The User Info page displays.
  2. On the User Info page:
  1. In the Office Phone field, type your office phone number.
  2. In the Extension field, type your office phone extension, if applicable.
  3. In the Cell Phone field, type your cell phone number.
  1. When you are done making changes, click Continue to save your changes and continue on to the Agencies page, or Return to Message Center to save your changes and return to the Message Center.
