Checking Your Vendor Registration Status

If you have registered as a vendor in the FedConnect® product, but have not yet received an email containing your user ID and password, you can check your registration status.

To check your vendor registration status:

  1. Access the FedConnect® product via your internet browser. The FedConnect® product home page displays.
  2. Click click here to check the status. The Registration Status page displays.
  3. In the Email field, type the email address you used when you submitted your registration request.
  4. Click Check Status. The Registration Status page displays.
  5. Your registration status displays in the Status field. If for some reason your registration request was denied, comments might display in the Comments field.
