Viewing an Award's Supporting Documentation

You can view an award's supporting documentation, including any forms and/or attachments associated with the award, in the Documentation section of the Award: [Title] page.

Note

 You can view an award's supporting documentation regardless of whether or not you are a member of the award team.

To view an award's supporting documentation:

  1. From the Message Center, click the Awards tab. The Awards page displays.
  2. Sort and/or search through the list of awards, if necessary, to find the award you want to view.
  3. Click the hyperlink in the Title column of the award you want to view. The Award: [Title] page displays.
  4. In the Documentation section, click the name of a document that you want to view and/or download. A File Download window pops up.

Tip

You can expand or contract the folders in the Documentation section as needed. Clicking the folder's name will contract an expanded folder, or expand a contracted folder.
  1. Click Open to view the document, or click Save to download the document.
