Searching for an Existing User

You have the ability to search through the list of your company's users for an existing user on the Users page. 

To search for an existing user:

  1. From the Message Center, click Company Profile on the toolbar. The Company Info page displays.
  2. Click the Users tab. The Users page displays.
  3. If the Search Criteria section is not already expanded, click + next to Search Criteria. The Search Criteria section expands.
  4. In the Search Criteria section:
  1. In the First Name field, type the first name of the user for whom you are searching.
  2. In the Last Name field, type the last name of the user for whom you are searching.
  3. In the Email field, type the email address of the user for whom you are searching.
  4. In the Status field, select Active to limit the list of users to only those whose status in the FedConnect® product is "Active," select Inactive to limit the list of users to only those whose status in the FedConnect® product is "Inactive," select Pending to limit the list of users to only those whose status in the FedConnect® product is "Pending," select Rejected to limit the list of users to only those whose status in the FedConnect® product is "Rejected," or select All to not limit the list of users based on the users' statuses in the FedConnect® product.
  5. In the Roles field, select Administrator to limit the list of users to those who are set up as Vendor Administrators, select Representative to limit the list of users to those who are set up as Vendor Representatives, or select All to not limit the list of users based on the users' roles in the FedConnect® product.
  6. Click Search. The users who match your search criteria display.
