Resetting Your Title

When you sign in to the FedConnect® product the first time, your business title is already set up in your user profile. However, if you would like to change your business title in the FedConnect® product, you can do so on the User Info page. 

To reset your title:

  1. From the Message Center, click My Profile on the toolbar. The User Info page displays.
  2. On the User Info page:
  1. In the Title field, type your business title as you want it to display in the FedConnect® product and for all FedConnect® product-related correspondence.
  1. When you are done making changes, click Continue to save your changes and continue on to the Agencies page, or Return to Message Center to save your changes and return to the Message Center.
