Resetting Your Contact Email Address

When you sign in to the FedConnect® product the first time, your contact email address is already set up in your user profile. However, if you would like to change your email address in the FedConnect® product, you can do so on the User Info page.

Important

Since your email address also acts as your FedConnect® product user ID, changing your email address also effectively changes your FedConnect® product user ID. Upon changing your email address, the new email address becomes your new FedConnect® product user ID.

To reset your contact email address:

  1. From the Message Center, click My Profile on the toolbar. The User Info page displays.
  2. On the User Info page:
  1. In the Email field, type your email address that you want to use for all FedConnect® product-related correspondence.
  1. When you are done making changes, click Continue to save your changes and continue on to the Agencies page, or Return to Message Center to save your changes and return to the Message Center.
